THE BOF500 CLASS OF 2023: INTRODUCING SUNNY DOLAT!!

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that our very own Sunny Dolat is on the Business of Fashion annual list of people shaping the global fashion industry! 

The Business of Fashion is a global publication, information hub, learning, business and career portal, critical analysis meeting point, and leading intelligence repository for the 2.5 trillion dollar fashion industry, with offices in London, New York, Paris and Shanghai. The BOF opens, informs, and connects industry stakeholders in over 125 countries. 

The BOF 500 began in September 2013 as a list of 500 global movers, shaker and futuremakers in the fashion industry across the world, and has since been expanded by the BOF editors based on nominations and on-ground information to 1,193 people noted for their leadership, creativity, innovation and impact, across 8 categories, namely Designers, Executives, Retailers, Entrepreneurs, Creative Class, Media, Models & Muses and Catalysts.

Our very own Sunny Dolat has been admitted to this list this year! He joins fashion luminaries like South African designer Thebe Magugu, Nigerian designer Yinka Ash of AshLuxe and Nigerian artist Burna Boy, Ghanaian nail artist Ama Quashie, prolific Jamaican hair artist Cyndia Harvey, eminent Senegalese model Dara Gueye, the artist and polymath Pharell Williams (currently creative director at Louis Vuitton Men, footwear designer Salehe Bembury of Spunge, designer LaQuan Smith of the eponymous brand, British designer Clint of the brand Corteiz, Formula 1 driver Sir Lewis Hamilton, and many more!
