Jim Chuchu at the New Dimensions VR Lab
Our very own Jim is down in Cape Town this week as one of several creative advisors at the second New Dimensions VR Lab by Electric South. The first edition of this lab lay the foundation for the production of our virtual reality short - Let This Be A Warning, so we're really happy to be part of the continuing project.
Nine participants from across Africa were selected for the second New Dimensions VR Lab which will take place near Cape Town, South Africa from 24–28 July. The participants were selected from applications received from 34 African countries earlier this year. They will attend a week long, residential VR lab to learn 360 filmmaking, Unity production and immersive computing, and to develop their VR project ideas.
